Corner Post Quilting

Like a fence corner post, my quilting  products are complimentary and enduring. I quilt using stitch-in-the-ditch seams to showcase the fabric and design that you might choose to enhance your living space.

My love for all aspects of quilting developed over the years beginning with a bed quilt I received as a child from the wife of our ranch hand, with its pink floral flannel backing which I loved to snuggle up  ith in our 100 year old, unheated, upstairs. I learned machine sewing and the fun of color from my mother ; then hand sewing from my grandmother who I watched masterfully darn my grandpa's socks. Then it all came together after catching a glimpse of a quilter's guide on an elementary school counter, of all places, which led me to a bookstore and I purchased my own quilter's guide. Where the learning began and continues to this day.
